Is The Soak wheelchair accessible?
Yes, you can access The Soak through the hotel entrance on the Victoria Station concourse. It's just next to the self-service ticket machines on the right-hand side as you face the platforms.
Can I just come for a coffee?
Yes, we're happy to welcome you for a coffee anytime in our bar area or our plush lounge area. Maybe you'll be tempted to stay a bit longer and try a cocktail with a twist?
Do you cater for children?
At times The Soak maybe a little too vibrant for smaller humans, but during lunch and dinner we are happy to welcome children, and have high chairs available for tinies.
Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, the processes of brining, pickling, fermenting and soaking helps take vegetables from the great to the glorious. We have plenty of options for those of us who choose to avoid meat and animal products and these can be easily identified on our menu.
Do you cater for allergies and special diets?
We are sure our wide range of dishes will appeal and serve many types of diets and lifestyles, but if you have any concerns or very special requirements just mention these when booking and we will make sure we look after you.
Can I book The Soak for a private event?
For private events with 8-10 guests you can book our chef's table which is in a semi-secluded area of the restaurant.
Do you allow dogs?
Unfortunately the noise and energy of The Soak is not really suitable for our four-legged friends, but we of course welcome and cater for any service dogs on professional duty!
How often does the menu change?
We change our main menus seasonally to reflect the best ingredients available to us, we also run specials which change daily including a fish option. So you could come to The Soak every day for a year and eat something different every time.
