Memorable nights often start with the perfect G&T.


On world gin day we're celebrating some of this fine liquor that has been carefully selected for you at The Soak. Gin has come a long way since the unruly days as depicted by Hogarth in his famous etching ‘Gin Lane’. As with our menu, chief distillers have carefully selected herbs, spices, citrus and botanicals to produce different favour profiles that suit all tastes. Here below are some of our favourites.

Monkey 47 - Black Forest herbs and berries and exotic Asian botanicals, distinct and pure scent of juniper, a tangy and crisp citrus note, a sweet, floral aroma, a hint of peppery spices, subtle bitter fruit, and a deep and harmoniously balanced complexity with a tremendously racy finish

Gin Mare – The taste of the Mediterranean, characterised by its spiciness, its aromatic herbs and citrus notes. commonly associated with clove, aromatic compounds such as eugenol are also present in other ingredients such as basil or orange peel.

Tanqueray 10 - Named after the stills of its origin (No 10) is small batch gin crafted using fresh citrus fruits. The only gin made from whole fresh fruits, The heart of Tanqueray 10 gin is made by distilling fresh oranges, limes and grapefruit. Chamomile flowers create the signature velvety mouth feel and other hand selected, meticulously sourced botanicals

Our signature Shiro cocktail is the perfect choice for Gin lovers. 

Shiso leaves & yuzu infused Tanqueray gin, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Bitter Bianco, yuzu bitters – The perfect pairing to our Sea Bass with shallots, bringing out the spice of chilli and sharp pickled carrots.
